Accessibility statement
Last updated: 27 Jun 2026
We want everyone to be able to learn with IPProf. We design and build this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technology.
Standard we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of abilities.
What we do
Across the public pages of this site we:
- use semantic HTML with clear page regions (header, navigation, main content and footer) so screen-reader users can move around quickly;
- give every page a single, descriptive heading and a logical heading order;
- associate a visible label with every form field, and announce required fields and validation errors in text, not by colour alone;
- make every control reachable and operable with the keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline;
- meet AA colour-contrast levels for text, and never rely on colour alone to convey meaning;
- support text resizing and browser zoom, and reflow cleanly on small screens;
- respect the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system;
- set the page language and a meaningful title on every page.
The site is built to work with current screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA, used with current versions of major browsers.
How we test
We check our pages with automated accessibility tooling (axe) together with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. This is an ongoing process: as we add features we re-check them, and we fix issues we find.
Known limitations
Live sessions are delivered on Microsoft Teams, a third-party platform whose accessibility we do not control; please refer to Microsoft’s own accessibility resources for that experience. Our self-paced course platform is not yet open to the public.
Tell us about a problem
If you come across anything on this website that is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please email contact@ipprof.com. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will do our best to put it right and to help you get what you need.
This statement applies to www.ipprof.com and reflects a self-assessment of the site.
