These terms govern your registration for, and attendance at, IPProf live training sessions. By registering, you agree to them.

1. What we offer

IPProf provides live intellectual-property training sessions delivered online via Microsoft Teams, led by experienced Indian IP attorneys. Sessions are practical and educational. Self-paced programs and courses are offered separately on our course learning platform and are governed by the terms published there.

2. Registration, accounts and fees

You register for each session individually — no account or login is created for attendees. Your place is confirmed only after the applicable fee is paid by bank transfer and verified by us; no payment is collected on this website. Once confirmed, we email you the joining link. Joining links are personal to you and must not be shared or forwarded.

3. Not legal advice

Sessions are for education and skill development only. They do not constitute legal advice and create no attorney–client relationship. Seek qualified professional advice for any specific matter.

4. Materials and intellectual property

All session content and materials are owned by IPProf or its presenters and are provided for your personal learning only. They may not be recorded, copied, redistributed or shared.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Refund and cancellation terms are provided at the time of registration.

6. Your data

We handle the personal data you provide in line with our Privacy Policy and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
