This policy explains how IPProf handles the information you provide when registering for live sessions, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
1. What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email, mobile number, profession, employment status, organisation and city, together with the session you registered for. For payments made by bank transfer, we record the payment reference you provide. We do not collect or store any card or bank account details on this site.
2. How we use it
We use your details to process your registration, verify payment, send your Teams join link and any session material, and to contact you about your registration. We do not sell or rent your data.
3. Sharing
Your details are shared only with the team administering the sessions and necessary service providers (e.g. email, Microsoft Teams), on a need-to-know basis, or where required by law.
4. Retention and your rights
We keep registration records for as long as needed to administer sessions and meet legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.
